Steps
1. Heat a large skillet over high heat.
2. Add butter and shrimp to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add garlic, all-purpose seasoning and parsley, stir to combine.
4. Pour in heavy cream and reduce heat to medium-low.
5. Simmer for a few minutes until the cream thickens and the sauce coats the shrimp.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
7. Spoon shrimp and cream sauce over cooked rice.
