Steps

1. Heat a large skillet over high heat. 2. Add butter and shrimp to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add garlic, all-purpose seasoning and parsley, stir to combine. 4. Pour in heavy cream and reduce heat to medium-low. 5. Simmer for a few minutes until the cream thickens and the sauce coats the shrimp. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. 7. Spoon shrimp and cream sauce over cooked rice. 8. Enjoy!

• 8 ounces (225 grams) of shrimp, peeled and deveined • 2 tablespoons (15ml) butter • 1 teaspoon (5ml) minced garlic • 1 teaspoon (5ml) all-purpose seasoning • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of minced parsley • 1/4 cup (60ml) of heavy cream • 1/2 cup (120ml) long grain white rice, cooked • salt & pepper to taste
