Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
3. Add rolled oats, honey, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed banana, and mix until combined.
4. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
