
Steps
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Stir in the green chili and chopped tomatoes, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
- Season with salt, chili powder, garam masala, and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
- Finally, stir in the roasted groundnuts and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.
