
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Place the fish in a baking dish.
- In a pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the mixture on top of the fish and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot.

- 1 fillet of fish of your choice
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
