Fish with Artichoke hearts and Mushroom Sauce

This fish recipe pairs well with a side of roasted potatoes and a salad. It can be easily adapted to various types of fish.

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Place the fish in a baking dish.
  3. In a pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the mixture on top of the fish and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.

  • 1 fillet of fish of your choice
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
