Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Place the fish in a baking dish.
3. In a pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes.
4. Arrange the mixture on top of the fish and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
5. Serve hot.
