Steps

3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined; do not overmix.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
5. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes).
6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
7. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
8. Serve warm with a dusting of sugar or your favorite syrup.
