Steps

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and add the oil. Mix well. 2. Gradually add flour and stir until combined. 3. Fold in the mixed vegetables, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. 4. Add water little by little until you reach a smooth batter consistency. 5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. 6. Pour a ladle of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface. 7. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. 8. Repeat with the remaining batter, serving warm.
