Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Once the oil is hot, place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the skillet.
5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
6. Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over it.
7. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, basting the salmon with the glaze until it’s cooked through.
8. Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute.
9. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
