Steps
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the tofu and cook for a few minutes until lightly golden.
3. Add the cooked rice and season with garlic powder, ginger and salt and pepper. Cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked sweetcorn, peas and red peppers. Cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the honey and cook for a further 2 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
