Steps
1. In a bowl, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.
2. Add half of the diced apple and sliced banana on top of the yogurt.
3. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
4. Add the remaining yogurt and top with the rest of the fruit.
5. Sprinkle with granola and a dash of cinnamon if you like.
