
Steps
- Peel and dice the potatoes and place them in a pot of boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter and garlic and mash until smooth.
- Stir in the mayonnaise and mustard until combined.
