
Steps
- Clean the clams thoroughly under cold water.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add white wine to the pot and bring to a simmer.
- Gently place clams in the pot and cover with a lid. Steam for 5-7 minutes or until the clams have opened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the clams in a bowl, drizzle with the garlic butter sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.
