Garlic Ginger Tomato Shakshuka on Toast

A delicious twist on the classic shakshuka recipe with the addition of garlic and ginger, served on a bed of toasted bread.

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant. 3. Add diced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tomatoes soften. 4. Create a well in the tomato mixture and crack an egg into it. 5. Cover the skillet and let the egg cook to your desired doneness. 6. Toast the bread slices. 7. Place the shakshuka on top of the toasted bread slices. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
