Steps
1. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, and rosemary (optional).
4. Cook the chicken until it is nearly cooked through, and then add the onion and garlic to the pan.
5. Continue to cook until the chicken is cooked through and the onion is softened.
6. Season to taste with additional salt & pepper and serve warm.
