Steps
1) Heat oil in a large Wok.
2) Saute garlic and mushrooms in the oil for about 1 minute.
3) Add in diced onions and fry for 2 more minutes.
4) Add in the cooked rice, stir-frying it until it is hot.
5) Crack egg into the Wok, stirring to break it up and mix it in with the other ingredients.
6) Continue stirring the mixture until the egg is cooked, then season with salt and pepper.
