
Steps
- 1) Heat oil in a large Wok.
- 2) Saute garlic and mushrooms in the oil for about 1 minute.
- 3) Add in diced onions and fry for 2 more minutes.
- 4) Add in the cooked rice, stir-frying it until it is hot.
- 5) Crack egg into the Wok, stirring to break it up and mix it in with the other ingredients.
- 6) Continue stirring the mixture until the egg is cooked, then season with salt and pepper.
- 7) Enjoy!

- ¼ cup mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
