Chicken marsala with mushrooms and polenta

This delicious and easy to make main dish is a great way to enjoy a flavourful dinner.

Steps

1. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter. 2. Add the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through. 3. Add the mushrooms and onion, season lightly and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Pour in the marsala and white wine, stirring as you go. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 5. Serve on top of the prepared polenta and enjoy!
