1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. In a bowl mash the banana and mix in the oatmeal and diced apples. 3. Beat the egg and add it to the mixture. 4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips. 5. Grease a small cake pan and pour in the mixture. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. 7. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate.
