Steps
1. In a blender, combine the banana, rolled oats, milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
3. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
5. Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting heat as necessary.
6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or yogurt.
