Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Rub the marinade all over the chicken thigh, ensuring it's well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Place the marinated chicken thigh on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
5. Flip the chicken, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook for another 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
