
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds. Slice each half into wedges.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
- Grill the cantaloupe wedges for about 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear.
- Remove the cantaloupe from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- Arrange the mixed greens on a plate and top with the grilled cantaloupe wedges.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced almonds over the salad.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and serve immediately.
