Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the trout fillet on a piece of foil and brush the marinade over both sides of the fish.
4. Wrap the trout in the foil, creating a packet.
5. Grill the wrapped trout for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve the grilled trout hot with a side of vegetables or salad.
