Grilled Octopus with Lemon Herb Marinade

Steps

1. Begin by boiling the octopus in salted water for about 30 minutes until tender. Remove and let cool slightly. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 3. Cut the tentacles into smaller pieces and add them to the marinade, coating well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 4. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the marinated octopus for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred. 5. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
