Steps
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a heatproof grill-safe dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, fish sauce, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy mixture onto each oyster.
5. Place the dish on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
6. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
7. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
