Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, and turmeric.
2. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the chicken pieces with olive oil and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
4. Serve the Vietnamese Grilled Chicken with steamed rice and vegetables.
