
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Once hot, add onion, garlic, and chili flakes and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add crab meat and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add egg noodles, fish sauce, and half a cup of water. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add cilantro and
- mix everything together. Serve hot.
