Vietnamese Crab and Noodles

This traditional Vietnamese dish is packed with flavor and a hint of spice. Enjoy the sweetness of crab partnered with hearty egg noodles!

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Once hot, add onion, garlic, and chili flakes and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add crab meat and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add egg noodles, fish sauce, and half a cup of water. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Add cilantro and

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
