Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the minced chicken and fry until golden.
2. Add the onion, bell pepper and mushrooms to the pan, stir-fry for a few minutes until softened.
3. In a bowl, mix together the rice wine, tomato sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, vinegar, cornflour, salt and pepper.
4. Pour the mixture over the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve on Eat Baos and enjoy!
