Steps
1. Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Drain the rice and steam it for about 20-25 minutes until tender.
4. In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until the sugar dissolves, but do not boil.
5. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and mix in half of the coconut milk mixture.
6. Serve the sticky rice in a bowl, topped with fresh mango slices and drizzle the remaining coconut milk mixture on top.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds or mung beans if desired.
