1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the herb mixture evenly over the top. 4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork. 5.
