Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the herb mixture evenly over the top.
4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
5. While the salmon is baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the asparagus.
6. Sauté the asparagus for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp, then add lemon juice and zest, cooking for another minute.
7. Serve the salmon with the sautéed asparagus on the side.
