Steps
1. In a pot, heat a little oil over medium heat and add the diced pork. Brown on all sides.
2. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
3. Stir in the carrot and green beans, cooking for another 3 minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, then add dried thyme. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, or until the pork is tender and the vegetables are cooked.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
