Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and let it rest.
4. While the chicken is resting, place the peach halves cut side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
5. In a bowl, mix the salad greens with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on top of the salad.
7. Add the grilled peaches and sprinkle with feta cheese if desired.
8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
