
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and let it rest.
- While the chicken is resting, place the peach halves cut side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
- In a bowl, mix the salad greens with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on top of the salad.
- Add the grilled peaches and sprinkle with feta cheese if desired.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
