A delicious and refreshing salad combining the sweetness of peaches with the saltiness of prosciutto, perfect for a light summer meal.
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. 2. Cut the peach into wedges. 3. Grill the peach wedges for 2-3 minutes per side until grill marks appear. 4. Arrange the arugula on a plate. 5. Top with grilled peach wedges and torn prosciutto slices. 6. Crumble feta cheese over the top. 7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
