Steps
1. Preheat a grill for high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, zest, olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Place the salmon on the preheated grill, and brush with the lime marinade. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily.
4. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix together the avocado, tomato and remaining lime marinade.
5. Serve the grilled salmon with the avocado lime salsa.
