Grilled Salmon with Parsley Sauce   

This is a delicious and healthy dish which combines the flavour of grilled salmon with a parsley sauce. It is perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. 3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through. 4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. 5. Add the parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper and stir until combined. 6. Serve the salmon with the parsley sauce.

- 1 salmon fillet - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - 1 tablespoon of butter - 1/2 cup of parsley - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon of salt - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
