Grilled Salmon with Sweet and Sour Sauce

This delicious and easy to make fish dish will make your dinner special. The salmon perfectly complemented by the sweet and sour sauce.

Steps

1. Preheat your grill for medium-high heat. 2. Coat the salmon with the oil, honey, and chili powder. 3. Grill the salmon, uncovered, for about 5 minutes. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, and 1-2 tablespoons of honey. 5. Flip the salmon and brush the top with half of the sauce. 6. Grill for an additional 5 minutes, or until cooked through. 7. Serve the salmon with the remaining sauce.
