Steps
1. Preheat your grill for medium-high heat.
2. Coat the salmon with the oil, honey, and chili powder.
3. Grill the salmon, uncovered, for about 5 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, and 1-2 tablespoons of honey.
5. Flip the salmon and brush the top with half of the sauce.
6. Grill for an additional 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
7. Serve the salmon with the remaining sauce.
