Steps
1. Season steak lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add steak to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
4. Let steak rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
5. In the same skillet, saute garlic and red onion.
6. In a salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce, corn, bacon, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
7. Cut steak into cubes and add to top of the salad.
8. Serve salad with the steak cubes.
