Steps
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat.
2. Brush the tuna steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the tuna steak for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat.
4. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, and fresh herbs. Mix well.
5. Place the grilled tuna steak on a serving plate and top with a dollop of the lemon-herb butter.
6. Allow the butter to melt slightly over the hot tuna steak.
