Steps

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 2. Lightly brush the watermelon slices with olive oil. 3. Grill the watermelon slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear. 4. Remove the watermelon from the grill and let it cool slightly. 5. Cut the grilled watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a bowl. 6.
