In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well blended. 4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. 5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed. 6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each. 7.
