Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Place salmon on an oven-safe baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush salmon with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes.
3. In a small saucepan, add kale, bell pepper, onion, carrots, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Saute until vegetables are cooked through.
4. Divide vegetables between two plates and top with cooked salmon. Serve and enjoy!
