Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean and gut the trout if not already done, then rinse under cold water and pat dry.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Rub the herb mixture all over the trout, inside and out.
Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
