Herb-Crusted Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Steps

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with the chopped herbs (dill, parsley, chives).
  3. Coat the salmon fillet with the herb mixture on the top side.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon, herb side down.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  6. In the same skillet, add the butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Serve the salmon drizzled with the lemon butter sauce.
