Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the trout fillet on a baking sheet and pat the herb mixture on top. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through. 5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Squeeze in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. 6. Serve the herb-crusted trout drizzled with lemon butter sauce.
