1. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Grill the lamb chops for about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness. 5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. 6.
