Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, then sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the turkey.
4. Place the seasoned turkey breast on a baking sheet or roasting pan.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the turkey is golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
