Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the marinara sauce evenly on top. Add the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms on top of the sauce. Sprinkle a little extra mozzarella cheese if desired. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
