Steps
1. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken thigh and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
5. Reduce heat to low, pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken.
6. Cook for another 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken to glaze it evenly.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
