Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
5. In the same skillet, add the diced pears and honey. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the pears are soft and caramelized.
6. Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing it with the pears.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
