Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Cut each cantaloupe half into thick wedges.
3. Place the cantaloupe wedges on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until grill marks form.
4. While the cantaloupe is grilling, mix honey and lime juice in a small bowl.
5. Once the cantaloupe is done, remove from the grill and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
6. Serve the grilled cantaloupe topped with prosciutto and drizzle with the honey-lime mixture.
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
