Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top.
4. If using, add the sprig of fresh rosemary on top of the chicken for added flavor.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
