Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Season both sides of the pork chop with salt and pepper. 4. Once the skillet is hot, add pork chop to skillet. Cook on each side for 3 minutes or until they are seared. 5. In a small bowl mix together the honey and mustard. 6. Once pork chop is done searing, spread the honey-mustard mixture over it. 7. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until pork chop is cooked through. 8. Remove pork chop from pan and enjoy!
