Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped bacon and onion and sauté until lightly browned.
3. Crack the egg into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
4. Reduce the heat to low, and gently move the egg around the pan with a spatula until the egg is cooked through.
5. Serve hot with a side salad.
